After browsing through our more than 900 web pages and 1000's of items, we're glad you've found some items to spice-up your wardrobe.  Now it's time to place your order...You are welcome to use our Secure Encrypted Online Shopping Cart or by mail, email, telephone or FAX.

WITHIN THE USA-
      Please write down the following information on a sheet of paper:
        1.  Item Number (example: Z-0005)
        2.  How many of that item you want to order
        3.  A BRIEF description of the item (Shimmer Lace Teddy or Cotton Lycra Ladder Dress)
        4.  What size you want
        5.  What color you want

Next, please total up your purchase amount by adding up the following:
        1.  The cost of the apparel (Quantity X Price per Item)
        2.  The shipping & handling cost
                -Under $100 in merchandise, add $6 shipping & handling
                -Over $100 in merchandise, add $9 shipping & handling
                -Alaska or Hawaii, add $9 on to the above mentioned $6 or $9

On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties.   For customers outside of the U.S., we will only ship to second parties if requested, if we can verify the ID of the cardholder with his bank...please supple name of bane and telephone number.

We do not accept Credit Card orders outside of the United States if we are not able to verify your name, address and credit card number with your bank.  You will need to supply us with your bank's or credit card company's name and telephone number.    If this is not possible, your international order must be pre-paid with a Bank Cashier's Check, Money Order in U.S. Dollars or Western Union Wire...please contact us to let us know your payment is on the way.

                -To Canada, add a minimum of $9 for up to 2 pounds
                -To Mexico & the Caribbean, add a minimum of $19 for up to 4 pounds, shipping time about 4 working days

	If you are using a Visa or MasterCard, please provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value). This is the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa or MC card account number.

Our in-house processing time is usually between 1 and 7 working days (sometimes longer on some items that are back ordered).  If you have a special occasion coming up in the immediate future, call us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline.  We ship U.S. Priority Mail (except International orders) unless you specify otherwise (Next Day Express Mail).  Sorry, no C.O.D. orders please.

TERMS OF SALE
        All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within thirty (30) days for a refund.   It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued.  There is a 20% Restocking Fee that applied to all returns.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear.  Due to State and Federal Regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as panties, thongs, teddies, bikini bottoms, etc.), so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.  Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging.  Please call us (800-SAM-1221) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) will be refused.

WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD LIGHTLY. WE WILL AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE ANY ILLEGAL CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPORTING TO AND SEEKING THE HELP OF BANKS, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES! WE COULD ALSO BE PUBLISHING THE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE FRAUDULENT ORDER AND WHERE THE STOLEN ITEMS WERE TO BE SHIPPED. THIS COULD BE FOUND AT OUR WEB SITE TO HELP PEOPLE WHOSE CARDS HAVE BEEN STOLEN AND USED ILLEGALLY, TO WARN OTHER E-COMMERCE WEB SITES AND TO ALERT LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WHO WILL BE PERIODICALLY VISITING OUR ANTI-FRAUD WEB PAGE...NOT TO MENTION CALLING THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OVER 40,000 VISITORS WE HAVE AT FANTASIAWEAR EVERY DAY.
